Stratasys PPSF/PPSU 3D printer material

3D printing can create heat-resistant, strong, sterilizable elements

By combining FDM technology with PPSF/PPSU high-performance thermoplastic, you can 3D print parts that can withstand extremely high temperatures and chemical exposure.
PPSF/PPSU allows you to produce automotive engine bay prototypes, sterilizable medical devices, and tooling for demanding applications in-house.

Proven performance in the hottest situations

PPSF/PPSU has the highest heat resistance of all FDM thermoplastics. It also has excellent mechanical strength and is resistant to petroleum and solvents.
It can be sterilized by gamma irradiation, ethylene oxide or autoclaving.
