Its simple workflow and easier job monitoring are aided by an internal camera, GrabCAD Print software and MTConnect connectivity. Together with our Industry 4.0 software solutions, the F900 is unmatched in industrial 3D printing. It includes standard certifications, so you can deploy qualified 3D printers on the production line with less effort.

It's time to rethink everything

The Stratasys F900 3D Manufacturing System produces durable, accurate, reproducible parts up to 914 x 610 x 914 mm in size. With nine material options, it can produce assembly seats, factory tools, end-user parts, and the most demanding 3D prototypes. The machine has two material chambers for maximum uninterrupted production.

Materials include high-performance thermoplastics that provide biocompatibility or electrostatic dissipation, as well as resistance to heat and chemicals. With three different layer thicknesses, you can find the balance you want between detail and the highest printing speeds offered by FDM technology.

Software

Each Fortus system includes Insight and Control Center job processing and monitoring software.

Insight software

Insight software prepares CAD STL output for 3D manufacturing on Fortus machines by automatically slicing, creating support structures and material extrusion paths. For maximum control, users can manually edit parameters that determine the appearance, strength and accuracy of parts, as well as specify the speed and material usage of the FDM process.

Functions:

  • Optimizing the placement of the printed part to achieve maximum strength and the smoothest possible surface
  • Customizing support materials for quick and easy removal and best material utilization
  • Programming pauses into the printing process, for example to insert hardware or circuits
  • Modify toolpaths for fine-grained control over element properties

Insight also includes Control Center software

This sophisticated software application communicates with user workstations and Fortus systems to manage tasks and monitor production status. Design, engineering and manufacturing teams can network and share their 3D manufacturing capabilities for maximum efficiency and performance.
