Stratasys H350 3D printer

Precise, mass-produced parts with predictable costs

The first member of Stratasys’ H-Series manufacturing platform featuring Selective Absorption Fusion, or SAF™, technology, the Stratasys H350 additive manufacturing machine is designed to meet the needs of industries such as automotive, commercial, consumer and electronics that benefit from the ability to produce high volumes of 3D printed parts quickly, at a predictable cost, and economically.

Increase your parts production capacity and stay competitive thanks to a controllable workflow and predictable costs per part!

The need for reliable supply chains to replace legacy procurement technologies during the pandemic has increased in the industry. Achieving shorter component design cycles and minimizing spare parts inventory has become an important factor. Commercial equipment, consumer goods manufacturing, automotive, and transportation are areas that require equipment that meets production needs. The Stratasys H350 3D printer provides the consistent performance, accuracy, and competitive cost that the market demands.

Check the quality

Produce high-volume parts with unmatched accuracy and repeatability!
The Stratasys H350 additive manufacturing system 3D prints with exceptional detail and smooth surfaces.

Check the workflow

All production data is logged for complete process traceability and remains under user control.
Printing parameters can be fine-tuned as needed and the production process can be monitored throughout.
Long-life industrial printheads ensure stable production configurations.

Check costs

Increase your return on investment, achieve predictable and simple part cost estimation, manage fewer consumables, and produce consistent and accurate parts from 80% recycled materials!
Save on parts costs thanks to durable printheads and full utilization of the work space.

Raw materials

Stratasys High Yield PA11 is a sustainable, bio-based plastic made from castor oil, has excellent heat resistance and is less brittle, making it less brittle. Reduce your company's ecological footprint!

3D printed parts made from SAF™ PA12 are stronger than PA11and are perfect for applications where stiffness is an important application requirement. In series production, SAF™ PA12 allows for the meticulous representation of fine details, provides strength and accuracy, and is better suited for applications requiring higher tolerances, such as fittings and fasteners.

SAF technology

SAF industrial-grade additive manufacturing technology performs key 3D printing steps on the print bed in two phases but in the same direction, ensuring even heat distribution and consistency for all printed parts, regardless of their location in the build space.
SAF can also contribute to lower operating costs and increase predictability. The Big Wave™ powder management system reduces powder aging, while the industrial piezoelectric print heads are designed to operate for years without maintenance.
The technology enables an average 12% build space utilization, compared to the 6-10% typical for powder bed fusion 3D printers. In some productions, Stratasys was able to achieve a ratio of up to 23.5% in real-world conditions. Increasing the space utilization increases the number of parts that can be produced at one time or reduces production time.

Software

Recognizing the importance of enterprise connectivity for production management, H350 customers can integrate their machine with their manufacturing management system using the MT Connect standard. The Stratasys H350 is compatible with Materialise Magics, Siemens NX and PTC Creo software, complete with the Stratasys Build Processor. Stratasys will also offer GrabCAD Print support for 3D printing preparation in the future.
