SHINING 3D EinScan Rigil
Tri-Mode Laser 3D Scanner
The EinScan Rigil is the world's first Tri-Mode 3D scanner with built-in computing capacity, wireless operation and hybrid light source technology.
EinScan Rigil offers a fully integrated, wireless 3D scanning workflow with three different operating modes, effectively eliminating the traditional trade-off between computing power and mobility.
The device provides high-quality models with a volumetric accuracy of 0.04 + 0.06 mm/m and a geometric resolution of up to 0.05 mm.
Its hybrid light source system – 25+25 crossed laser lines, 7 parallel blue laser lines and infrared VCSEL – together with two separately optimized camera groups provides versatile performance and outstanding efficiency for objects of different sizes and surfaces.
Infrared (IR Rapid) scanning
VCSEL-based infrared scanning solution with high efficiency and wide coverage for medium to large objects, with eye-safe face recognition scanning. Resolution: up to 0.05 mm
Hybrid light source
25+25 crossed laser lines For high-speed scanning, providing outstanding efficiency and flexibility. 7 parallel laser lines For capturing fine details with consistent results.
Effective operation outdoors in sunlight
Blue laser and infrared VCSEL projectors adapt well to strong ambient light, ensuring uninterrupted scanning even in direct sunlight.
5 MP full color texture scanning
The EinScan Rigil features a 5-megapixel high-resolution camera that captures detailed textures. This helps designers, engineers, and creators achieve high-precision modeling and visualization, providing a more accurate basis for analysis and further development.
Two scanners in one device
Two camera groups and projector system
The EinScan Rigil has two separate camera systems, each optimized for laser and infrared light sources.
This enables better adaptation to different lighting conditions, more accurate data recognition even in strong ambient light, and precise data collection in complex lighting environments.
Markerless laser scanning
EinScan Rigil's special tracking algorithm enables markerless blue laser scanning with a combination of laser + infrared hybrid mode, both in standalone and PC mode.
This provides greater efficiency than traditional laser scanning with markers and better data quality than markerless infrared solutions.
Designed for professional and automotive use
EinScan Rigil is specifically designed for the 3D modeling needs of the automotive aftermarket segment. It significantly increases efficiency in creating high-quality 3D models by combining fast scanning, professional workflows, easy computing solutions and advanced data management features.
EXScan Rigil software
EXScan Rigil is a dedicated PC software developed specifically for the EinScan Rigil scanner.
It covers the full spectrum of professional scanning workflows: scanning, data processing, closed surface generation, model editing, export and sharing.
When used in conjunction with the EinScan Rigil scanner, it provides a seamless, flexible and portable scanning experience that delivers stability and high-quality results.
