Raw materials
Engineers and designers face challenges as they navigate the product development cycle, with different demands on the product. The Stratasys J35 3D printer is designed to meet these demands with its choice of materials: it can use and mix multiple materials simultaneously, making it ideal for functional design and concept modeling. Available materials include rubbery (Elastico), heavy-duty (D-ABS), rigid optical (Vero), and translucent (UltraClearS).
VeroUltra™ BlackS & WhiteS
VeroUltra™ enables the perfect simulation of high-quality injection molded parts. These new colors meet 2D graphics standards while providing strong color contrast and color separation. Super realistic labels, graphics or text can be added to the model to simulate screen printing or printed decals.
VeroUltra™ ClearS
VeroUltraClearS offers exceptional transparency combined with strength, stiffness and impact resistance.
DraftGrey
DraftGrey™ is a medium coverage, smooth surface, rigid material. A staple for concept modeling, it offers rigidity and versatility at a highly affordable price.
Elastico
Elastico™ clear/black, flexible PolyJet photopolymer provides improved elongation and tensile strength, making it ideal for advanced design verification and rapid prototyping.
Digital ABS
Digital ABS Plus™ is designed to simulate standard ABS plastics by combining high temperature resistance and toughness.
Vero™ContactClear
Vero™ ContactClear is a rigid, transparent, rapid prototyping material that is also biocompatible. It enables physical proof of concepts and prototypes that require skin or oral contact.
